Job summary

IRIS The Visual Group in Montreal is seeking a friendly associate to join our optics team. You will greet customers, help complete pre-examination questionnaires, and prepare patient files in a supportive, on-site training environment.

Evening shift availability (Tuesday and Thursday) is preferred. We offer a stimulating workplace with strong teamwork, training, and opportunities to engage with customers about our optical products and services.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Complete pre-examination questionnaire with patients.
• Prepare patient files and maintain accurate records.
