Job summary

IRIS The Visual Group is seeking a friendly front desk professional to greet customers, answer calls, and book appointments in a fast-paced optical environment. You will open and update patient files, direct customers to the right professionals, and handle basic invoicing and ordering using our computer system.

Candidates should have customer service experience, an interest in optics, strong organizational skills, teamwork orientation, comfort with computers, and solid communication abilities.
