Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to deliver personalized in-store experiences through makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance consultations.

You will work within a high-performing team to create impact at events and maintain standout visual merchandising. Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable; strong fragrance, skincare and hair knowledge is valued, with training and development opportunities and competitive remuneration

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup and beauty.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
