Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to deliver in-store makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations, and a welcoming customer experience.

You will work as part of a high-performing team to drive events and maintain visual merchandising standards. Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, but beginners are welcome; experience in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultations is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup, skincare, fragrance or hair consultations in-store.
• Create engaging, in-store events and experiences for customers.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards to stand out from competitors.
