Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Canada is seeking a dynamic freelance sales associate to provide makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance consultations, delivering a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience for customers.

You will work with a high-performing team to drive in-store events and ensure stores maintain top-tier visual merchandising. Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, but beginners are welcomed and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, personalized customer service
• Experience with makeup artistry and/or fragrance/hair consultations desirable
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations
• Support in-store events and ensure high visual merchandising standards
• Deliver a welcoming, inspirational customer experience and educate customers
