Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking freelance sales associates to provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations, delivering a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience. You will participate in high-performing teams to energize in-store events and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.

Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, but beginners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred, but amateurs with creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
