The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations, and to deliver a personalized, engaging in-store experience.

You will work with a high-performing team to host in-store events, ensure visual merchandising standards, and support customers with expert advice. Certification is desirable, but beginner-level expertise is welcomed and encouraged to develop skills further.

Formación

• Demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, events.
• Retail point-of-sale software experience preferred.
