Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking freelance sales associates to provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations, delivering a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience. You will contribute to high-performing team efforts, support in-store events, and uphold premium visual merchandising standards that distinguish our brands.

Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but beginner-level expertise is welcome.

Qualifications

• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities
