Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, tracking KPIs like AUS and IPT
• Provide superior customer service and handle customer queries with good judgement
• Act as a specialist for retail artistry brands within company guidelines
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Area Trainer for team training and development
• Proactively extend exceptional service beyond in-store experience
• Anticipate staffing needs and assist in sourcing talent for freelance and permanent staff
• Set and communicate individual and team sales targets
• Analyze business performance and plan strategies for daily operations and events
• Promote the Tilbury Touch in all interactions with customers and team
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of service and communication
• Ensure the counter is fully customer ready from open to close
• Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock files
• Execute visual merchandising and new launch displays as directed by marketing
• Maintain counter technology and raise issues for timely resolution
• Foster strong relationships with store operations and retail partners
• Schedule team to optimize coverage and ensure hygiene and policy standards
