Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment.

Location: 2450 Lancaster Rd, Ottawa, ON, K1B 5N3 Canada.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing press equipment.
• Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure high-quality production.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses (Must Name Presses Worked on).
• Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Compensation & Benefits

$35.10 hourly (to be negotiated) / 37.5 to 44 hours per week. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, and we are an equal‑opportunity employer.
