Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Prep Cooks to join the team at the Teraanga Commons Dining Hall on Carleton University campus. You will prepare, cook and serve a variety of foods in back of house and on the line, with strong customer service when cooking in front of customers.

• Assist Sous Chef and Cooks with preparation of daily menu
• Cook on the line, grill, and use ovens
• Prepare stations with food
• Assembly of cooked products
• Serve food while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
• Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures
• Ensure adherence to all Aramark Policies and Procedures
• May perform other job duties as required

We are hiring full-time Prep Cooks to join our team at the Teraanga Commons Dining Hall on Carleton University campus. As a Prep Cook you will prepare, cook and serve a variety of foods in either back of the house or on the line. Cooks in this role may be preparing food in front of the customer, requiring strong customer service skills.
