Equinox Fitness Club in Toronto seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations across departments and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to implement initiatives, manage teams, and uphold the brand's high standards.

Qualified candidates bring 3–6 years of management in a customer‑facing setting, strong communication, fiscal acumen, and a passion for fitness. The role offers CAD 70,000–78,000 annually and a complimentary club membership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of management experience in a customer-facing, professional setting.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue.
• Hire, direct and train staff with strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Financial management experience.

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while helping the General Manager facilitate projects.
• Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily deposits, shift coverage and club maintenance.
• Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures.
