Equinox in Toronto is seeking enthusiastic Membership Advisors to drive club membership sales and renewals, with focus on lead generation and referrals. Under the guidance of a General Manager and Regional Manager, you will promote the club's services, programs, and products, building rapport with prospective and current members to foster loyalty.

This role requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships to new and existing clients.
• Prospect new business and client relationships.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary services.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships to generate referrals and retain members.
• Stay knowledgeable about the club's services, programs, and products.
