Qualifications

• 3–6 years of management experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Enthusiastic, passionate about fitness and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage staff.
• Financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while assisting the General Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll budgeting, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and maintenance.
• Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures.
