King Living is opening a brand new Edmonton showroom and seeking a founding Assistant Showroom Manager. You will lead from the floor, coach consultants in real time, and uphold a premium customer experience.

You will take charge when the Showroom Manager is away and collaborate with a national team to grow the business. This is a founding leadership opportunity with a clear pathway toward Showroom Manager as the Canadian network expands, offering a route to advance with a globally expanding

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or senior sales role in premium/luxury retail.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline consultants on the floor.
• Strong commercial instinct with track record against store targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and deliver premium customer experiences.
• Coach consultants in the moment and support the Showroom Manager.
• Open and launch the Edmonton showroom and maintain operations.
