Qualifications

• Proven showroom management or premium retail leadership experience.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to build trust and drive purchases.
• Strong mentoring and coaching style to develop teams.
• Commercially aware with budget, targets and showroom performance.
• High attention to detail with negotiation and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, available for one weekend day.
• Experience in furniture/interiors design is highly regarded.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance and deliver warm, consultative experiences.
• Coach and develop the showroom team to high standards.
• Maintain showroom operations and reflect King Living brand standards.
• Oversee rosters and ensure smooth daily operations.
