King Living is seeking an opening Showroom Manager in Edmonton. You will take full ownership from pre-opening to daily operations, building a top-performing team and delivering the premium King Living customer experience from day one.

You will lead with commercial mindset, recruit and coach your team, and ensure the showroom reflects design leadership and quality King Living is known for.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Showroom Manager or senior retail leadership role within a premium or luxury environment.
• Experience opening or launching a new retail location is a genuine advantage.
• Commercial instinct with ability to recruit and build a high-performing team.
• Strong standards for customer experience and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your team to perform at their best and deliver consultative experiences that convert interest into purchases.
• Lead the Edmonton showroom opening, rosters, and ongoing operational standards.
• Coach daily, develop talent, and maintain a culture of pride and accountability.
