Job summary

Canyon Creek Toyota is seeking an energetic Product Advisor to join our sales team and guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey, delivering a premium Toyota experience.

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, present vehicles, pricing, and financing options, and coordinate test drives and deliveries. A strong ethic, communication skills, and CRM use are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to obtain an AMVIC license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends; shifts average 40 hours per week.
• Strong work ethic with energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and structure deals with management collaboration.
• Maintain accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
