Job summary

ATCO Structures, a global leader in modular design and construction, seeks a Preconstruction Project Manager to lead planning, scoping and estimating for PMC opportunities across Canada from Grimsby, Ontario. In-office role with travel to remote sites as needed.

You will coordinate with Business Development to develop technically strong proposals, build up construction estimates, and ensure timely submission and award. Strong leadership and MS Project/Procore skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required or preferred.
• Progressive experience in construction project management with a track record of large builds.
• Experience with design-build, contracting, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to understand client needs and timelines.
• Develop bid strategies, responsibilities, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, scope of work, and division of responsibilities.
• Create and analyze construction estimates and schedules for bids and awarded projects.
• Support project startup and handover to execution teams, ensuring safety and quality.
