Job summary

ATCO Structures in Canada is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the full spectrum of construction, project management, engineering, and design for modular projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with estimators and project managers, travel to remote sites, and drive continuous improvement while delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction (commercial/industrial)
• 5+ years in camp modular construction
• 2+ years as construction manager
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
• Solid health, safety & environment (HSE) background
• Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
• Experience interfacing with estimating and project management
• Willingness to travel to remote sites

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with ATCO policies.
• Abide by ASL Safety Absolutes and OH&S policies.
• Ensure quality standards meet client and internal requirements.
• Ensure construction work adheres to contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and estimators to create a comprehensive construction plan.
• Monitor schedules, costs, manpower, materials, safety and environment, and quality control.
• Develop recovery strategies when schedule or budget are at risk.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to boost project performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
