Job summary

MODUS Structures is seeking a Project Manager in Crossfield, Alberta to oversee all phases of multiple construction projects from bid to completion. You will interface with clients and internal teams to ensure project success, manage scope, risk, and revenue, and lead site visits and client meetings as required.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction project experience, a relevant degree or diploma, and a PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

5–10 years direct construction experience and PM training.
College or university degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or Diploma in Building Technology.
PMP from PMI or equivalent.
Experience with scheduling software for construction projects.
Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
Modular Building experience an asset.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization with integrity and tact.

Responsibilities

Leads and coordinates prospective and awarded project activities.
Manage proposals, contracts, design, construction, customer contact and quality control.
Identify resources and assign responsibilities to Project Coordinators and Assistants.
Manage project scope, risk, and revenue recognition across projects.
Integrate financial data for multiple projects and monitor invoicing.
Seek opportunities to maximize revenue and partnerships across projects.
Lead and participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
Collaborate with sales to follow up on and close leads.
