Zusammenfassung

ATCO Structures is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead pursuit strategies for modular construction projects from inception to award. Based in La Prairie, Quebec with in-office expectations and travel within Canada as needed, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to win new business and grow revenue.

You have a strong consultative selling background, are goal-oriented, and operate with integrity to uphold ATCO’s values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required (Engineering, Design, Construction Management or related is preferred).
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in construction, engineering design, or related industry preferred.
• Is an effective communicator with entrepreneurial drive and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Canada; travel internationally (US) is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned territory and be responsible for achieving an annual revenue target.
• Develop proposals and RFP responses and carry out the life cycle of the pursuit from inception to award.
• Review, analyze and interpret various forms of construction contracts and associated risk profiling.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Track, monitor and analyze market trends and conditions and adapt as required.
