Arrow Off Road Guelph is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team in Guelph, Ontario. You will weld and finish components from detailed schematics using GMAW, GTAW, and related processes to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years welding-related experience in the same or related industry.
• Proficient in fitting and prepping materials to meet blueprints.
• Proficient in MIG - Hard Wire and Flux Core welding.
• GTAW and Sub Arc experience are assets.
• Red Seal certification and additional tickets are assets.
• Experience in custom fabrication is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Weld and finish components from detailed schematics to customer specs.
• Communicate with co-workers to develop fixture concepts.
• Perform welding and grinding duties as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team member.
• Read from complex drawings and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Document and complete quality reports.
