Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical mold certification preferred.
• Ability to diagnose defects and troubleshoot machine performance issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure machines for production, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize cycle times and material flow.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot molding issues such as flash, warpage, or dimensional variations.
• Perform mold changes, cleaning, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Accurately document production parameters, maintenance records, and quality data.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily targets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost operations efficiency.
