Job summary

Pattison Ag in Humboldt, Saskatchewan is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist to deliver expert Precision Ag consultation and solutions. You will interpret customer data, train users, and support systems while selling products and services aligned with customer needs.

The role involves coordinating demos, clinics, and field startup activities, and requires staying current with John Deere equipment and technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and training abilities.
• 1–2 years of experience in agriculture or related roles.
• Dealership sales, service, and training experience in agriculture.
• Knowledge of technology used in agricultural equipment.
• Ability to use desktop and internet systems.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Flexibility to work hours, shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide Precision Ag customer consultation and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Precision Ag customer consultation & solutions
• Interpret customer data, provide training & support for systems
• Sales of products/services linking customer ag needs w/equipment
• Develop relationships with all internal depts
• Stay up to date on latest John Deere equipment & tech
• Plan/facilitate customer demo, clinic events, field start ups
• Reporting & record keeping
• Assist in training for all staff

Requirements

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills
• 1-2 years experience working in ag or related role
• Dealership sales, service, training experience in ag
• Knowledge/familiarity with tech used in ag equipment
• Ability to use desktop and internet systems
• Travel within designated area
• Work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays
• A valid Class 5 Drivers License
