Job summary

Pattison Ag in Humboldt, Canada is seeking a Parts Tech (Shift) to join our fast-paced dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist with locating parts, process orders and help maintain inventory while delivering quality service in a collaborative environment.

This role may include days/evenings/weekends and offers opportunities for training, growth, and a shift premium. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of agricultural parts are important.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with parts software or dealership systems.
• Ability to lift heavy parts safely.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Farming background is an asset.
• 2+ years in a Parts role is preferred.
• Red Seal in Parts is an asset.
