Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Humboldt, SK is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist (ISC) to join our dealership team. You will deliver Precision Ag consultations, interpret field data, provide training, and support customers with solutions that add value to their operations.

This role offers opportunities to learn about John Deere equipment, plan customer demos, and collaborate with all internal departments. Travel within the designated area, flexible hours, weekends and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in ag or related role.
• Dealership sales, service, training experience in ag.
• Knowledge of tech used in agricultural equipment.
• Ability to use desktop and internet systems.
• Willingness to travel within designated area.
• Work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Precision Ag customer consultation & solutions.
• Interpret customer data, provide training & support for systems.
• Sales of products/services linking customer ag needs w/equipment.
• Develop relationships with all internal departments.
• Stay up to date on latest John Deere equipment & tech.
• Plan/facilitate customer demo, clinic events, field start ups.
• Reporting & record keeping.
• Assist in training for all staff.
