Eagle Builders in Blackfalds, AB is seeking a Precast Concrete Installation Crew Member for full-time, year-round work. You will install precast wall panels, assist with site prep, and collaborate with a 3-5 person crew, while following safety protocols around heights and equipment.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and strong English communication. Travel across Western Canada is common; a valid Class 5 license and transportation are recommended.

Precast Concrete Installation Crew Member

Position Summary

This is where the build comes together.

Installation at Eagle Builders is about setting panels safely, accurately, and as a team – every time.

We’re looking for someone who can handle physical work, follow direction, and stay focused in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components
• Complete site prep and support overall progress of the build
• Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations
• Work closely with a 3-5 person crew on-site
• Take direction from your foreman and contribute to team success
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment

Requirements

• Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
• Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Assets

• Experience installing precast structures
• Experience with equipment (skid steer, zoom boom, lifts)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• CSTS certification
