Eagle Builders LP in Blackfalds, AB is seeking a Precast Concrete Installation Crew Member to join a tight-knit on-site team. This full-time, year-round role focuses on safe, precise installation of precast wall panels and structural components.

You will work with a 3-5 person crew, follow directions from the foreman, and travel across Western Canada as needed. The job requires physical stamina, reliability, and strong English communication in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment.
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
• Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Position Summary

This is where the build comes together.

Installation at Eagle Builders is about setting panels safely, accurately, and as a team – every time.

We’re looking for someone who can handle physical work, follow direction, and stay focused in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components
• Complete site prep and support overall progress of the build
• Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations
• Work closely with a 3-5 person crew on-site
• Take direction from your foreman and contribute to team success
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment
