Job summary

ProAmpac in Canada is seeking a Graphics Administrator to manage artwork development and pre-press coordination for key customers. You will handle daily customer communications, ensure accurate job requirements, and liaise with production teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service in manufacturing, experience with flexographic printing, and strong ERP/Microsoft Office skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in flexographic printing, packaging, and pre‑press processes.
• Strong understanding of packaging workflows and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage artwork development for assigned customers and build professional relationships.
• Handle daily communication including order updates, scheduling, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate information reaches customers and internal staff; meet delivery and quality expectations.
• Provide proactive updates and maintain high responsiveness with internal teams.
• Enter information in ERP systems; prepare artwork files for production per specs.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals and artwork changes with appropriate teams.
• Monitor job progress and ensure on-time completion and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and clear cross‑functional communication.
