Job summary

Apex Graphics is seeking a Production Support Administrator to join our Mississauga team. This full-time, on-site role supports production workflows and QA signoffs. You will process quotes, open orders, prepare reports, assist with logistics backup, and maintain organized dockets and specifications in our AG system.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, including email and web browsers.
• Excellent problem solving with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Process repeat customer quotes and open orders into production.
• Complete QA signoffs and review internal specs in the AG system.
• Prepare reports such as Open Order and Waiting for PO reports.
• Prepare preflight lasers for revisions and common-sized items.
• Assemble artwork approvals including folding proofs, digital renderings, samples, cover letters and specs.
• Maintain filing for dockets, quotes, and specifications.
• Purge specifications in the AG system as required.
• Provide backup support for the logistics coordinator.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Overview

• Location: Mississauga, ON (on-site)


• Position: Production Support Administrator


• Type: Permanent, full-time, on-site — 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Process repeat customer quotes and open customer orders into production.


• Complete QA signoffs and review internal specifications within the AG system.


• Prepare reports, including Open Order and Items Waiting for PO reports.


• Prepare preflight lasers for revisions and common-sized items.


• Prepare artwork approval packages, including folding proofs, digital renderings, samples, cover letters, and specification sheets.


• Maintain organized and accessible filings for dockets, quotes, and specifications.


• Purge specifications within the AG system as required.


• Provide backup support for the logistics coordinator role.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma, combined with 1-2 years of relevant experience.


• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office programs, including email and web browser proficiency.


• Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring Range

• Starting range between $45,000 - $52,000, contingent on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
