Job summary

Nissan Downtown, part of Downtown AutoGroup, is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned vehicle department, curate a compelling inventory, and drive revenue while maintaining our brand promise of luxury and reliability.

You will coach and develop a driven sales team, design competitive pricing, partner with marketing on promotions, optimize showroom and online listings, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in Toronto's dynamic market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, automotive management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in pre-owned or used vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pre-owned vehicle department.
• Lead, train, and motivate the pre-owned vehicle sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and pricing to maximize gross profit.
• Manage inventory, trade-ins, auctions, and online/offline displays.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliant dealership processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote pre-owned inventory.
