What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding each customer’s needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, test drives, and the purchasing process.
• Showcase the features, technology, benefits, and value of MINI pre-owned vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership products, services, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery to provide customers with a seamless handover experience.
• Clearly explain vehicle features, operation, warranty coverage, and required documentation at delivery.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and develop long‑term relationships.
• Contribute to dealership sales initiatives and support additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
• 1–3 years of customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licence.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
