Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to lead proposal management, coordinating with Sector Leaders, Technical Leads and SMEs to ensure timely, accurate submissions. You’ll proofread, copy-edit and guide the layout of response materials to meet branding and compliance standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in proposals, strong writing ability, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and InDesign. This on-site position offers growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Marketing or Communications degree/diploma or equivalent combination of training.
• 2–5 years of experience in proposal management or development.
• Experience with Public-Private pursuits is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for all aspects of proposal management for EllisDon proposals and pre-qualification submissions.
• Develop, monitor and enforce deliverables matrices and bid schedules to ensure timely proposals.
• Proofread content for continuity, accuracy and compliance with specs.
• Copy-edit proposal content for format, grammar and consistency.
• Manage design and presentation of proposal content to align with brand standards.
