Qualifications

• Überwachung der Baustellen während der Infrastrukturarbeiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten zur Entwicklung von Projektplänen.

Job Description

Our client is a high-quality and award-winning house builder who has an exciting new opportunity for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join them on various sites across the Hampshire area. They are open to considering a Site Manager looking to transition into this role. The salary is up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a fantastic benefits package. You will report directly to the Construction Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend sites during infrastructure works/activities, identify and record issues, monitor quality, and provide positive feedback or raise concerns with the build team and/or contractors.
2. Work with architects and designers to develop and finalize project plans and specifications.
3. Liaise with both Construction & Commercial Departments to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Attend meetings with clients and contractors when necessary.
5. Maintain professional and respectful working relationships with all external adopting bodies, including Highways Authorities, Water Authorities, Councils, and Management Companies.

Key Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience overseeing new build sites from inception or relevant experience in a similar position with a recognized housing developer or Highway/Drainage Authority.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid certifications.
• A degree in Construction/Civil Engineering is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of early build stages/environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders/colleagues.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Right to work in the UK.
