Qualifications

• University or college diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager.
• Supervisory experience in scheduling, finances, and people management.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations and productivity.
• Review clinic indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to enhance patient care.
• Support recruitment and assess fit for dental professionals.
• Manage staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee AR processes.
