Job summary

Canadian Dental Services is hiring a Practice Manager to lead busy dental offices across Edmonton. You will guide a diverse team focused on customer service, drive operational excellence, and model transparency and respect.

You will manage revenue, staffing, supply strategy, and KPI tracking, while developing treatment planning and ensuring the highest quality clinical experience for patients. A 3–5 year leadership background in dental or medical settings and a business degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a strong team in a dental or medical setting.
• Experience managing a dental or medical office in a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field OR worked as Dentist in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue budget and growth targets.
• Re-activate unscheduled hygiene patients and manage pre-booking appointments.
• Manage staffing strategy to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Oversee dental supply strategy with team and vendors.
• Increase patient satisfaction and continuously measure KPI performance.
• Lead with open communication and performance management policies.
• Contribute creative ideas for new initiatives and conflict resolution.

What would you be accountable for?

• - Achieve the annual revenue budget

• - Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.

• - Performance management with an open communication policy
• - You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.

In terms of qualifications?

• - Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a strongest team
• - The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office .
• - Bachelor’s Degree in business administration in related area or worked as Dentist in a busiest clinic
