Dentalcorp, a leading NA dental practices network, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice Business Partner, to translate data into insights and influence decisions across our national network. You will partner with practice managers and operations leaders, delivering forecasts, reports, and business cases to drive growth and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience as Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency with financial software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze practice financial performance, prepare reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support improved practice performance.
• Partner with practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders to understand business priorities and provide financial guidance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A and operations leaders, including financial analysis, presentations, and business case support.
• Build strong relationships with practices by responding to finance‑related support needs and inventory review requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
