Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice Business Partner, to act as a trusted financial partner to practice managers and operations leaders.

You will translate data into insights that drive performance, efficiency, and growth across our national network. You will build cross‑functional relationships, monitor key trends, and support strategic decisions with rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a prior finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze practice financial performance, prepare reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders to understand business priorities, provide financial guidance, and support confident decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, support operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
