Job summary

ATB is seeking a Practice Delivery Lead to bridge enterprise vision with practical execution. You will apply design-thinking and strategic analysis to surface client needs, identify market niches, and build competitive advantage through human-centered workflows.

You will lead workshops, govern processes, and craft visual narratives for executives and frontline teams while driving change management and quality standards across ATB’s Center of Expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operational delivery, strategic analysis, workshop facilitation, process optimization, or change management roles.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through structured analytical frameworks and design-thinking co-creation.

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams through structured analytical frameworks and design-thinking workshops.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and drive adoption of System of Expertise tools.
• Manage executive synthesis, options analysis, and reporting for leadership review.
• Improve workflows, governance, and metrics to boost delivery speed and quality.
