Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking an Enterprise Architect CRM Strategy to define the technology roadmap for CRM platforms and related digital solutions. The role requires deep CRM knowledge and strong communication to align IT with business goals across stakeholders.

You will lead architectural governance and partner with IT and business teams to maximize customer outcomes, optimize costs, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

10-15 years of work experience in digital solutions or related roles.
Experience architecting enterprise CRM and marketing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/tech discipline.
Knowledge of CRM technologies and multiple platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
Strong communication and leadership with business value focus.

Responsibilities

Create, own, and manage the architecture and technology strategy for CRM.
Contribute to RFPs, POCs, solution design and technology acquisition.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize the application portfolio.
Develop short and near-term roadmaps aligned with CRM strategy.
Support governance and agile methods to manage new technologies.
