Job summary

ATB is seeking an Enterprise Architect CRM Strategy to craft the technology strategy and roadmap for CRM systems. You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate capabilities, identify cost efficiencies, and guide architecture across the enterprise. Strong communication and leadership in CRM domains are required.

You will drive governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment to deliver customer-focused CRM capabilities and digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of leading CRM technologies in industry (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365; SAP CRM asset)
• Experience architecting enterprise CRM and Marketing solutions across customer, offers, product, personalization, and marketing domains
• 10–15 years of work experience in digital solutions or related roles
• Platform mindset for establishing and evaluating technical capabilities
• Leadership in information systems/IT support and governance
• Strong focus on business value and customer outcomes
• Proven experience in architecting or co-leading digital transformation
• Experience with systems architecture methodologies
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
• 5 years full-stack engineering experience
• Experience creating strategies for digital solution maximization across business areas
• Senior knowledge of finance or related industry with data management/exploitation focus

Responsibilities

• Create, own, and manage the CRM architecture and technology strategy
• Guide in RFPs, POCs, solution design and tech acquisition for portfolio alignment
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize costs in the application portfolio
• Contribute to the broader architectural vision intersecting with CRM capabilities
• Develop short and near-term roadmaps based on strategy models
• Participate in architecture governance and work with stakeholders
• Ensure alignment to technology development and value creation
• Identify opportunities to improve cost models and operating efficiency within the portfolio
• Maintain customer-focused outcomes in all initiatives
• Embed governance models compatible with agile methods for new technologies
• Adopt domain-driven approaches for future business models
