Job summary

Royal Distributing in Edmonton is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team for Alberta’s first location. You will engage customers, recommend products, and help create an exceptional in-store experience for riders shopping powersports gear.

The role requires strong communication, a teamwork mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Shifts include days, evenings and weekends; steel-toe boots are required.

Responsibilities

• Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase
• Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
• Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
• Ensuring customers are being provided with the best possible shopping experience
• Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
• Working POS systems to help serve customers
• Process customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager
