Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a results-driven Power Systems Rental Project Manager to lead complex rental projects from planning through execution at the Edmonton site. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage installations and operations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires 3+ years in project management with experience in technical, service, or consulting environments, plus knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or rental operations.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic power systems rental projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project charters and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Coordinate rental project activities including site installation, operation and demobilization.
• Support proposal development with equipment specs, labor planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Mentor project leads and promote best practices in project management.
