Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Canada, Ltd. seeks a Project Manager to lead safe, organized delivery of power-generation outage and service projects across Canada.

You will oversee planning, mobilization, site execution, and close-out while coordinating customers, field teams, engineering, and suppliers. The role requires extensive travel and extended site presence, with emphasis on timely reporting and disciplined commercial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline; or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience managing or leading complex outage, maintenance, construction, or major industrial projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams at active industrial sites; strong planning, scheduling, and cost control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from handover through planning, mobilization, execution, turnover, and close-out.
• Serve as primary project contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide on-site leadership during outages and service projects.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate field personnel, engineering support, suppliers, and subcontractors.
