• Job Title: Class 4th Power Engineer
• Location: Abbotsford, BC
• Position: Maintenance Power Engineer
• Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $25.22 - $42.46 per hour
• Expected hours: 40-48 per week
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends as needed
• Work Location: On-site
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical equipment and systems in a food processing plant.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and HACCP regulations.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 4th Class Power Engineering certification (training provided if needed).
• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
