Job summary

Tekgence Inc. in Toronto seeks a senior Power BI Lead to design, develop and deploy enterprise BI solutions, ensuring scalability, security and performance.

You will define data models, semantic layers, DAX standards and report architectures aligned with business requirements, mentor developers, and support governance and production environments. The role collaborates with data engineering to optimize data from SQL Server, Azure and Dataverse, and APIs, while enforcing coding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Power BI implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, and DAX.
• Ability to mentor developers and enforce governance and security.
