Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI visualizations to support data-driven decision‑making.
• Build and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to automate business and reporting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems.
• Implement data governance, validation, security, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Perform report and dataset performance tuning, troubleshooting, and refresh optimization.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting enhancements.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and production support.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging features.

Required / Preferred Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps).
• Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data architecture.
• Experience with Azure Data Services and SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and RLS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements‑gathering skills.
