About The Team You Are Joining

Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitor safety, operational and capacity KPIs. These include, without being limited to:

• Managing Data Sharing Programs (IDX, FDX, MCX and ADX).
• Supporting OSS lines of business in their data, analysis, reporting, and dashboard needs.
• Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data through performance tuning and continuous monitoring.
• Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities to optimize performance of data warehouse.
• Adhering to data governance policies, quality standards and best practices.
  
  

What Your Day Would Be Like

Reporting to Senior Manager, Data Quality, Risk and Standards, you will play a crucial role in analyzing PowerBI dashboard report requirements, optimizing existing dashboards, and addressing issues and limitations of existing dashboard functionalities. Your efforts will enhance the overall performance of GADM PowerBI dashboards.

• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform data modelling and create complex DAX calculations to support data analysis.
• Connect to data sources, import, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Design and develop reliable and highly scalable dashboarding and reporting solutions within a cloud architecture (Snowflake, PowerBI).
  
  

We would love to hear from you if

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including expertise in Power BI report optimization and data visualization. Strong understanding of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
• Proven experience redesigning reports and dashboards to align with organizational branding and enhance user experience.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on data and processes to answer business questions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with aviation data is an asset.
