A leading company in recreational vehicles is seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to enhance HR functions through data visualization. The role involves designing Power BI dashboards, applying UX/UI principles, and collaborating with HR stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong background in data visualization and a university degree in a related field.
We are part of a team dedicated to optimizing the performance of HR functions through data. Using Power BI, we develop dashboards that help better understand human dynamics within the organization: staffing, retention, diversity, work climate, talent development, etc. In this context, we are seeking to integrate a Data Visualization Specialist with advanced proficiency in Power BI and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles to support HR teams with strategic, intuitive, and elegant visual solutions. You will participate in stimulating projects that will generate value for the company and strengthen BRP's reputation as a leader in analytics.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on HR data.
Apply UX/UI design best practices in visualization design to ensure readability, consistency, and effectiveness of reports.
Participate in the definition and implementation of graphic standards, templates, and visual guidelines for HR solutions.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders (managers, analysts, advisors) to clearly identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable indicators.
Train users on dashboard interpretation and promote a data culture among HR teams.
Work in coordination with the Product Owner and the HR Analytics team using an agile methodology to add value to identified features.
Collaborate with the Analytics and Data team to ensure the security, quality, and governance of HR data.
Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides for HR dashboards and reports.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Demonstrated experience designing visually appealing Power BI dashboards suitable for various user levels.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles applied to data visualization and exploration.
Knowledge of commonly used issues and metrics in human resources management.
Proficiency with a prototyping tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent) is an asset.
University degree in computer science, business intelligence, interactive design, statistics, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in data visualization, including advanced use of Power BI.
Concrete experience in the HR sector or a good understanding of the field's realities is an advantage.
Analytical skills, thoroughness, and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
A user-oriented approach and sensitivity to business needs.
Autonomy, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
